The excellence dinner
In Cannes, cinematographic is an unmissable event for international film author fans.
In May 2010, Catherine Sinicropi, a talented ceramicist, and Christian Sinicropi, a Michelin-starred chef, worked together to conceptualise and sublimate the “Dîner d’Excellence”.
They have created an innovative experience combining gastronomy, 7th art and ceramics.
A unique sensory superimposition of subtle and pronounced fragrances and flavors.
As a tribute, Catherine Sinicropi meticulously designed the aerial ceramic supports for these dinners, elegantly combining Chef Sinicropi’s original haute cuisine with the cinematic universe of the year’s honorary presidents such as Tim Burton, Robert De Niro, Cate Blanchett, Steven Spielberg, etc.
These immersive excellence dinners were organized and produced by Chef Sinicropi and his team of 2 Michelin stars at the La Palme d’Or restaurant in the Hôtel Martinez, from 2007 to 2023.
Created by Catherine and Christian Sinicropi, this form of cinematic-culinary excellence dinner is unique the world over.
